One origin. One story. One hundred percent Colombia. Our first single origin.
This coffee has a name and an address. It grows in the mountains of Tolima, near Ibagué, between 1,200 and 2,000 metres – where mornings are cool and afternoons smell of rain on earth. It is grown by the families of the ANEI cooperative, who tend every plant organically and pick the cherries only once they are ripe.
For years, we at MAXIM have crafted blends. With Origen we wanted something different: to go back to the source and let a single place speak for itself.
In the cup it is clear, sweet and lively: forest honey, caramel, a touch of citrus and a soft cocoa finish. A coffee to enjoy slowly – and to tell where it comes from.
